My daughter has a hard time swallowing vitamins. They make adult gummie vitamins now. Maybe try those, but I would also call your physician as well.

This is my beautiful black lab Bailey whom we rescued 2 1/2 years ago. She was scrawny and very ready to be loved. We also have a chocolate lab named Jak. He came from a farm litter. Thanks for the laugh this morning....many are common experiences for me. I used to wear skirts and heels every day to work, but the whole thigh friction put a stop to that. One more thing....changing eating habits can be very overwhelming. I have found that making one small change a week has helped me start the process and then after a bit I am able to make bigger changes. Examples: Change the % of milk you drink. If you drink whole milk go to 2%. Change the bread you eat. If you eat white…

I am new to this site as well. Thank you Nanook8 and Chunk2206 for the great advice. Being a single mother and a penny pincher I am not sure I can do #1 and throw everything out. It would be very hard, but know in the long run might be just what is needed!

Hi April17, I also just joined today. I have about 60-70 lbs to lose. I went to put on my winter clothes today, as it snowed, and nothing fit. Just the motivation I have needed to get started.
