Look at Daily Burn. Affordable, you can access it on you phone, tablet, Chromecast...makes it easy and accessible. I'm not a gym person either but did really well with it. Looking to start my membership again.

I started today too. Went over by 86 calories, but it's a start. Good luck with your journey. I've known several people who have had their hip replaced and they are so glad they did it!!

Glad to hear someone was able to do it!!

I just turned 49 and am just starting! I think laughter is what will motivate me to get started and stick with it!

I've heard the best way to start is just add a 10 min walk to your routine and then each week add a bit more time. Pretty soon it's a habit and your feeling better so you begin adding new things to your routine. I'm just starting again, so that's what I'm going to try. What are your ideas to start?

Working on the courage to quit...might be like dewd2 and save it for the weekends. I do drink a ton of water betwern my 2 dews, so i feel like it…

Oh, one more thing...I used to love Cheetos....made myself go cold turkey...had one the other day and it tasted nasty! Break the habit and you might be surprised that you can actually live without it!

Life is a choice! Choose to be the best you can be! I really like the one post that said to figure out something to save for and put your money towards that instead!! Or, go to the fast food place and order the most healthy item on the menu and even if you don't like it....that should cure ya!! Life is a choice....make the…

Sounds like your in a rut...shake things up a bit. Find something you and your boyfriend can do together. Go on a hike or whatever outdoor activity is around you. I have also heard that making your self go outside at least once a day, no matter the weather, even for a small walk will do wonders! So, bottom line, shake…

It is always best to ask your doctor. He/She is the best and most reliable resource. Plus there are so many variances that could factor in what you should be eating. Without going to the doctor and not knowing your physical health...if you are finding yourself still hungry...eat more fruits and veggies. They tend to be…

This is an interesting topic for me. My mother is a habitual dieter whom I have watched over the years go up and down in her weight. She has never made consistent, healthy changes in her life; instead jumping from one fad diet to another. I was an athlete growing up and never really had to worry much about my weight until…

My doctor said if you have that intense of a craving....feed it. Otherwise you just keep thinking about it and then end up on a binge. So, have it for dinner tonight and then work out a bit extra afterwards. Its all good!
