I have recently finished reading a book by Alan Carr called Good Sugar Bad Sugar, which has helped me cut sugar out of my diet. Now I'm focusing on my exercise. If any one has awesome ways to keep moving, please let me know 👌☺️

I've heard the best way to start is just add a 10 min walk to your routine and then each week add a bit more time. Pretty soon it's a habit and your feeling better so you begin adding new things to your routine. I'm just starting again, so that's what I'm going to try. What are your ideas to start?0
