I agree with Erin. Also your body will burn the calories (fat) on your body instead of the calories in your belly. Make sense? xxx angela

Me too! I was getting a little obsessed with calorie counting so I went cold turkey and quit all together about a week ago. Then I spent a few days making butter cookies with my mom, and by "making" I meant "eating". What was I thinking? I obviously wasn't! I'm back in the game. Good to see you and others back too!

I put on 25 pounds putting off my diet till tomorrow...tomorrow was always the next day and never today.So I would eat a butt load that day thinking I could start tomorrow.... It's alright to have set backs and feel ****ty for looking ****ty, just don't use it as an excuse. You'll be alright.
