Sorry I have been out of pocket for the past few days. I have been really sick and traveling so I have just been logging into track my food and nothing else. I will do better on my challenges from here on out!! Hope everybody's having a great New Years weekend!!

Okay, here is how I did today. TUESDAY, December 28: 10 Glasses Water (80 ounces) - completed 45 minutes activity - I did 35. 15 minutes walking fast, and 20 minutes of Zumba on Wii. I'm still working back slowly into exercising after foot surgery. Eat at least 1200 Calories, and stay under calorie limits for today.…

Earlier this year, I started a walk/job program. I loved it! Then I started having trouble with my heel. Turns out I had a heel spur and a stress fracture in my heel. I had surgery in September, and I go back to the doctor on January 14th for my next checkup. I'm hoping he will release me to jog then! Then I hope to start…
