I ran the Color Run in Tulsa this past June. I ran it with my daughter. We had an absolute BLAST! This year, in April we have a whole group of people that are going to run it with us! Have a blast!!!!

Can you change my goal weight to 215? I just think 210 was too ambitious and I dont' want to have an unrealistic goal. Thanks!

Hmmm...i need to watch that. I eat most of my protein at dinner most of the time. I will have to keep an eye on that and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the tip!

I have a lot of trouble with night time snacking. I feel like I just can't get satisified or something. I am really trying to work on it! :-) I'm not help to you, I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone!

Just out of curiosity, does anybody that has had major heel problems run with Vibrams? I have thought about getting some, but I had foot surgery on one foot last year, and am probably going to have to have the same surgery on my other foot in the near future. I am just wondering if they provide the support needed.

I just read back through and found this week's challenge. I am wanting to start JM 30Day Shred tonight, so I will get my push ups in that way. I am going to aim for 30 a day to start out with. The girly kind! :-)

I am using the Bridge to 10 K app. I'm only done with week 1, but so far I like it. It tracks distance, pace, etc using GPS, and you can play your music from the app. Or you can choose to use Pandora for music if you'd rather. This is a good program if you have already finished the C25K program.

I am recently a single mom of 3 kids. My kids are 4, 6, and 8, so I am having this same struggle. Between work, school, soccer, gymnastics, etc., it is very difficult to find time to work out. I got Zumba fitness for the Wii for Christmas and I LOVE it! Yeah I'm not going to get it sized right now. I'm going to wait until I get to my goal weight so I only have to do it once. I think I will go to a local jeweler and see what they recommend.

WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE Results 10 Water - Done! 20 Minutes Resistance Training (weights, pushups, etc...you choose, mix and match if you want) - I did 20 minutes of circuit training which included resistance, so I'm counting it!~ :-) 30 Minutes Cardio - I did 20 minutes of Zumba, so No. :-( Under Calories - Yes!

I also might try working out at lunch 2 or 3 days a week. The problem is that it is so rushed, but I can handle it. Right now the fitness center will be PACKED with all the people starting their new years resolutions. So maybe I"ll try at night for awhile! :-)
