haha we have that same program going on now at our Y xD Couch to 5k! It doesnt look too difficult to do(the longest you run is 3.5 miles and thats once). You run twice a week run/walk 3 times a week(so a jog) rest twice a week. Good luck!

Im not a fan of doing home workouts. My siblings have tried doing TRX or Insanity but would quit before the 2 months were up. Doing the same 7 workouts, 5 days a week does not sound appealing to me :( I would go for the gym membership(like a YMCA!)

Hey Guys! So 3 days already down with this app! Ugh..its a been a little difficult but gotta keep going on! Hopefully before the start of summer, ill be ready to compete in swim triathlons :D Im looking for other former athletes like me that are trying to get back into shape!
