I feel that anything is possible if you account and plan for it...with one exception. I gave up Whataburger's A1 Thick and Hearty Burger. *sighs

Old fashioned oat meal (150 calories) 1/2 cup of unsweetened fruit (35 calories) Put frozen fruit in bowl with oat meal. Microwave for 3 minutes and tadaaaaa.....yummy in your tummy all for 185 calories.

Progresso Chicken Tortilla soup and 4 T of tortilla strips Total: 290 calories

V8 and 5 crackers = 85 calories Fold Over slice of low cal bread and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter = 103 calories 4 Rolos from co-workers desk = 100 cal (stupid rolos!) <---- I don't recommend...who can stop at just 4! 5 crackers and melted slice of 2% velvetta cheese = 50+35 = 85 calories

I can only store tune in a glass bowl, I absolutely am not able to leave the metal spoon inside the bowl of tuna while it chills. Now, I think I'm getting weirded out about eating yogurt with metal spoon too....dang

I measure everything to the gram. I figure, if I'm watching what I'm eating, there should be zero guessing. If you purchase a food scale, for ease and convenience, I suggest getting one you can switch from grams to ounces without have to turn over the scale.

Before watching what I eat, I would eat cereal. But unfortunately, cereal is HUGE trigger for me. I absolutely will not stop at one huge bowl. Hi I'm Shelly and I am a cereal-holic! lol

I too was frustrated with my scale. Hubby researched scales for me through Consumer Reports. Of all the scales CR reviewed, this scale gained the best reviews.
