Oh...I got one to add. I was wearing a pair of shorts that was too big. When I went to close the hatch on the back of my car...my shorts FELL OFF! No, I don't mean mid hip! I MEAN PUDDLING AROUND MY ANKLES! I'm so glad my neighbors we not out!:laugh:

I take Quaker oatmeal, two equals, big dash of cinnamon and frozen fruit (unsweetened). Microwave for four minutes. 185 calories.

Thanks everyone! I'll go with a small steak, grean beans (no butter) and maybe a side salad. No, I would not choose this restaurant for myself; it is for a business meeting. I really do appreicate all the wonderful responses! Everyone ROCKS!

1 - Cookies, any kind 2 - Individually wrapped chocolate pieces, any kind 3 - As strange as it may sound, I can't have orange juice. I will drink the whole container in 2 days 4 - Cereal, any kind, even those little twig things 5 - Macaroni and cheese, the little individual containers...they magically disappear

Wow! Congratulations. I've been tracking for 156 days and have lost 41 pounds. I feel so much better then I did. I still 100 pounds to lose, but I KNOW I WILL DO THIS! I hope you are as happy as you should be. What you have done is a major accomplishment. I'm very happy for you! :bigsmile:

Maybe try doing mild stretching prior to the DS. I've heard that once you warm up the muscles and tendons, etc., it would help. Good luck to you.
