I have found that when I eat a few almonds it helps. Tea helps me also. I like the idea of brushing my teeth, I'm going to try that as well. Sometimes I just think to myself...if I eat at 6:00 pm, that's just 4 hours until bedtime, surely I can not eat anything else.

Yeah, but the way I build a burrito, it is nearly 1100 calories (tortilla, chicken, black beans, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream). :sad:

I do agree that everything in moderation if it fits in your day. However I do have a few exceptions; I do not eat fast food french fries anymore, I only have one hamburger a month and the prior to Sunday it was 3+ months since I had Mexican food. Some foods I just cannot stop at one serving, so I just eliminated them…

I agree...5 quart is really the way to go. I wish ours had a way to carry to potlucks and such. A crock pot is a fantastic gift.

I've been on a soup kick for a while. My soups (16 oz cans) typically range from 280 - 320 calories. I love Campbell's creamy soups. You don't need crackers and they fill me up.
