Hi! Super idea, I'm interested to join in too! I'm Katrin and I'm trying to get back on track after 2 or so years of nothing. 173 cm, current weight 98 kgs. My goal weight is 60 kgs. My starting weight was actually 150 kgs but I dropped down to 75 kgs a few years ago, when I joined MFP and got into a routine of exercising…

Hiya, I'd love to join in as well! Few years ago I went from 150 kg to 75kg, being super active and super healthy. But the last 2 years were emotionally and physically turbulent and I have started gaining weight and falling back into some old unwanted patterns :( I find it very hard to motivate myself, but am slowly…

Heyyy! I'm on a similar path (173 cm/98kg determined to get to 60 kg) and definitely up for connecting & sharing motivation! :)

I'm joining you! I also started 30day shred last month since I've noticed how much I've gained in the last 2 years (20 kgs *yikes*) I'm currently half-way of level 3 but I'm thinking of also restarting after I finish. Did you just start from lvl 1 after a montg or do you mix the levels now?

I'm in! I've been bouncing up & down with weight for the last 6-7 years. I recently started working out & logging foods - again - when I've finally noticed that I've gained 20 kg in the last 2 years :'( :'[ But I reaaally need motivation & inspiration to keep on going. I've been under a lot of stress and Corona situation…

Oh me too, I'm the same. Moving mountains in the beginning, but losing motivation after a couple of weeks :/ If you're in the need if more (mutual) support, add me too :)

I use Endomondo to track my runs (and other cardio workouts I do) but I never pay attention of the burned calorie estimation. I just don't believe them - nor I believe the MFP tracker. I think all of these apps overestimate calorie burn to the point of disappointment haha But I did connect Endomondo to MFP - and it keeps…

Hmmm, I have no idea what the challenge is suppose to be about, but if someone wants to start, I'll surely join in :)

Hey, is this still on?

Challenge? Like a workout or exercise or something else? Sounds very interesting, so I was wondering :)

Wow, what a splendid job you have, but I bet you've been told this before :)))

Great idea, Lauren I want in too! :) Fits perfect in my weight loss plans anyways :) SW: 86, 5 kg GW: 76, 5 kg (I count 20 lbs as 10 kg so..)

Hey Arran, although weightlifting might seem boring to you, it's very important to build muscles so you can lose weight efficiently :) But you should combine it with cardio, of course. You can try video workouts per example, those that include strength and cardio, such as Insanity. I've had problems with my knees too (I…

O.o Anyone?

This topic interests me as well. I'm in the similar position: I will have to surgically remove the loose skin once I reach my goal weight. I lost about 60 kg and counting. Yes, I have loose skin *everywhere*. I look ridiculous without clothes. I have "wings". I have "cellulite-alike" loose skin on my hips. I don't have a…

P90X *and* Insanity in the same day? O.o Wow.... How that feels, I'm curious >.> I'm planning to start Insanity then (in 1,5 - 2 months). So sure, I'm in! :) I'm really *really* looking forward to it.... How are you guys doing so far? (p.s. haha, you're planning weight gain... Oh how I envy you :noway: )

I feel silly writing in kg among you guys :) 173 cm / 5'6''-ish Hmm, my heaviest: a bit over 150 kg / 330 lbs ( it's approx., because my scale couldn't go over 150kg. ::ohwell:: CW: 87-ish kg / 191 lbs Goal weight? Anything bellow 70 kg/ 154 lbs, with muscles not fat, and without being skinny fat, and I'll be happy :D

You and me both -.- I'm 26 too. I feel so old, haha But hey, on the other hand, in a few years, we're gonna look back and *wish* we could still be 26 So we better enjoy our 26-ness while we can, ha? :)
