I got the $15 one from walmart. It is awesome and a lot of fun. I just made a Greek salad with cucumber noodles. Soo many ways to play with it! I saw a recipe on pinterest for Mac and cheese with zucchini noodles. I'm going to try that soon

I love your honesty! I started at 305lbs and am at 288 right now. It seems like I have been gaining and losing the same 30lbs over and over :( I re - started my diet today! We can do this!

I'm new too! I have been doing it for 5 days and lost 7 lbs! You should weigh yourself. It would probably be a great motivator!

Update: I have been doing this since Monday 12/21/2015 and today is Saturday 12/26/2015. I'm sure that some of this is water weight, but I have lost 7 lbs in 5 days and I feel fantastic!

I lost 50lbs earlier in the year (from march - may). I was really on point with my diet and doing Zumba class at my gym 3 times per week. I really feel like the Zumba made the biggest difference! I had more energy and confidence & it was soo fun! If you have access to a Zumba class you should totally try it out!
