Everyone I have talked to about them say they are a waste of money and time. I'm told to monitor your heart rate during or after for 6 seconds and then times it by 10.

Mine is "Begining of the End" by Spineshank, everytime the song comes on and I feel like I have no more energy on the treadmill I get a nice boost and stick with it. On these HIIT times it is a good thing!

I do need to quit eating out and is taking in to much sodium or sugar an issue? When I have my fruit smoothies in the morning it seems to take up all of my intake.

Thanks to all for taking a look, I just wasn't sure if I was sabatoging myself or not... I will see and check into getting a Heart Rate monitor to help with my calorie intake.

Juicing is an easy way to mix fruits and veggies together, and can take in alot of the nutrients from them quicker then eating a salad.

I sometimes will go with Terminator movies, or even Arnold Schwartenegger moves as well just because he was so physically fit. Other ones would be like Gone in 60 seconds, fast and the furious. Fight Club... so I think there is an action theme here. I've even watched the TV series Dexter while doing cardio.

Try planning out meals that you can make that won't have as much sodium, if you make Lasagana, you can freeze it and then take it out the day you want to eat it. Just suggestion.

I also use to take 2 tennis balls and would place them at certain parts underneath of me from my butt up to my shoulders and kind of work them around till I found spots that were touchy and let it just melt those away. It's like having a deep tissue massage.
