I gave up sweet n low. I used to put it in my tea, on my cereal, on my fruit-- it was even in my diet coke. I gave it all up-- I now have my tea plain-- giving up diet coke was not as hard as I thought it would! Also-- I eat way less now!

I was a bit sore in my shoulders at first when I did the 30 day shred, but as time went on in level 1, there was no soreness. However, level 2 did make me sore! It was brutal at first, but due to repetition, the soreness left. And yes, after all 3 levels I lost a lot of inches. Hope that helps you.

I have ulcerative colitis and during a flare up, I lower my fiber intake and lessen my dairy. I take a multi vitamin and eat foods high in iron . I don't drink any alcohol during a flare because it makes it worse. Same with spicy foods. Other than that, I just take my meds and stay within my calories.

Yes, I do today too, because I have also worked my *kitten* off this week and have not lost 1 pound! Cheers-- you are certainly not…
