I don't have to go to the gym to workout. I don't even have a gym membership. I workout to exercise videos and I ride my bike a mile or more a day!

Brown rice, a piece of rotisserie chicken a green vegetable...maybe broccoli, green beans or spinach or a salad and tons of water.
