  • Brisket of beef (done in crockpot while I am working) and when I get home, I will roast some onion, potatoes, and steam some green beans. Then, if I have the calories for it, I will eat the last small sliver of my birthday cake, leftover from Saturday. Yummy!:smile:

  • Grilled cajun tilapia, a whole whopping 90 kcals with 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 cup steamed spinach drizzled with tad lemon!!! AND A GALLON OF WATER!!!! Would love new friends that are over the top with eating clean!!! Please friend me if you wold like!!!

    Slow cooker turkey/quinoa meatballs. I'll have them with spaghetti squash, the rest of the family will have them with pasta. Never tried this recipe before, hope it's a good one.

    Not too bad, carb heavy though, thinking of what i can replace the rice and veggies with- maybe 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries

    I have some boneless chicken breasts in the freezer that I need to start eating. I like to brush mine with olive oil, then sprinkle on some garlic salt and oregano, then grill it on the Jenn Air. The olive oil gives it a nice flavor, I should get some out and have that tonight. Don't know what I'd have with it, though. I have some baby carrots and low fat vegetable dip. Maybe I could munch on those, too. The meal would offset the leftover chicken pot pie that I had for breakfast. lol Anyway, I tend to be a grazer. It works for me.

    Tonight, I'm planning a reduced fat chicken broccoli alfredo sauce over spaghetti.

    But my plans often change. We might end up throwing some shrimp on the grill.
