Doing it this way too. I have tried to eat a little higher 7 days a week and it just doesn't work for me. My will power sucks on the weekends! So eating a little less during the week and a little more on the weekends is working for me.

I doesn't look like loose skin to me either.

I use water. I can never get it right with milk when I try it comes out too runny. The best with chocolate chips :) banana or honey is good too.

Whole grains, fruit, some cereals, beans, veggies

Normally eggs, toast, coffee. Sometimes oatmeal or cereal.

I made today a good day and lifted some weights. More reps on my bench and my deadlift :)

For me it's 2100 total intake not net. It's actually really sad (seriously makes me emotional lol) but other than when I work out I would say I'm pretty sedentary. I work out 4 days a week and stay home with my kids so the only activity I get is cooking, cleaning, playing with my kids, etc. I also drive everywhere.

well done!

Just ended a bulk and I'm pretty sure I built some muscle in my legs :) Anyway for legs I stick to the basic...bb squats, regular and stiff leg deadlifts, and calf raises....seems to be working for me.

I lift 4 x week most weeks. 2 x upper body 2 x lower. Just recently added in one day running may have to add in another if I cant get my eating under control! I've done P90X and I really miss it, but I've had better results so far with lifting.

Congrats on getting it done! You look great :) btw our measurements are almost identical and I' m also 5'3 (not quite as lean though)

Love this!

You're doing great lady!

My husband plays hockey. It's a killer full body workout. I am not sure what exact program but I would say running and HIIT for endurance and speed and lift weights for strength.

Bumpity bump bump :)
-
Oooh....Definitely making this week!
-
Feel free to add me. Just started my first bulk beginning of September :)

Usually a compliment unless it comes from anyone in my Mexican family. Skinny=unhealthy to my mom and all of her siblings.

Keep working on you, that's all you can do. I am in the same boat. Husband (also 200 lbs) doesn't workout and doesn't care about how he eats. He also works very long stressful days- not excusing him because many people here do both but I've been a stay at home mom for a couple years and it's simply easier for me to focus…

Great job beautiful!

Gorgeous!

Rotini pasta, broccoli, bacon, grape tomatoes, Parmesan and a little olive oil..Delicious! I'd imagine it's good cold too. I'll probably have it again tomorrow :)

If you're worried about the sodium intake create a recipe otherwise I'd just search the database for pork shoulder. The seasonings aren't going to add much calories if at all.
-
Thats horrible! How can people do things like that! I would never and I hope that my kids have more heart than that. Seriously pisses me off! Do not let them bring you down!

Mexican American here and I still eat everything I used to minus the salt. Feel free to add me

Thanks for the link

Thanks guys! I started running because of the bigger burn=more food I could eat :) 2000 calories is comfortable for me so I guess on non lifting days that would be good and the running wouldn't necessarily be needed (other than for cardiovascular benefits).

Thank you.

Exactly what I am - a mom! You'll find football helmet and pads, toys, water bottles, shoes, extra kids clothes... I swear it looks like we live in there! I NEED to clean it out today!
