How many calories do YOU burn doing P90x using a heartrate m
I don't have one and I'm wondering how much everyone else is burning. I know they say on average 600 calories per 1 hr workout - but I'm curious if anyone has used a heart rate monitor/calorie counter what they are getting. I'm 5'3, 124 lbs.
