Just wondering what kind of results people have had eating at maintenance and heavy lifting. How long before you saw noticeable results, if any.

So, you don't want to lose any weight, just firm up?

Then, that's pretty much how you do it.

its pretty difficult, because eating to not lose weight often means people in this category often forget what NOT to eat when lifting weights. This happens to me frequently.

You need proteins, need to watch your good fats, and your well balanced vitamins. And I find after a good lifting session, I am very hungry! My muscles are craving proteins, so I try to give it to them.

Follow MFP. Alter your daily allowances. The big part is to know your body, stay away from the junk and eat healthy. It will fall into place.
