I feel the exact same way. What is working for me is to stay on track or close to during the week and if something comes up on the weekend so be it. Try to keep it to a one day of the weekend or planning ahead (eating less during the day so that you have more for night). I'm working at controlling the alcohol situation. It…

I'd try a little more of a deficit even 2000 calories (a little over 15%). Honestly why not try that before jumping to 1800? After my reset I tried 10% and had no changes for a few weeks then dropped to 15% and it's coming off consistently now. Give it a shot. Best of luck to you :)

5'3 - close enough right?! starting weight 132. current 123. Goal- 120 then after bulking and cutting again hopefully end at 125 (5 lbs muscle gain). Reevaluate when I get there.

Try sticking to a certain amount of calories. Your diary seems a bit inconsistent. Search the forums for more info on finding your BMR and TDEE and eat somewhere between those numbers. Best of luck to you :)

Hard to tell but first picture looks best. Maybe some weight lifting to help shape your body would help but your middle picture definitely looks too thin in my opinion. I think if you tried to build some muscle on the frame you already have you would be able to easily see your progress.

I eat crappy food on the weekends and when I do I don't usually meet my protein goal always go over on fats and rarely- if ever get all the vitamins or fiber that I'd like to. I'm sure that even if I met my macro goals I would still miss out on the nutrients.

To lose the last 3 lbs by the end of august. Maintain one week and bulk starting Sept. 8th through first week of February. My goal is to gain 10 lbs. in that time. Scary since it's taken 6 months to lose 8lbs!

I'm planning on doing the same. I am aiming at losing another 4 lbs or so- my plan was to cut for 6 weeks but I've been at it 1 week and didn't lose anything so we'll see. It may be a little longer. Then a bulk through the winter and cut again after super bowl :) Just sent you a friend request :)
