If you do weight training in a circuit (meaning a number of different exercises one after another and then starting again, with little rest in between exercises) you can log it under circuit training under cardio. I enter my weight on my treadmill, I burn 300 calories in 40 min. doing high intensity intervals...usually up to 6 or 7 for 2-5 min. then back down to 3.5 for another few min. I keep doing this until time is up. By the time I'm done it's a little over 3 miles.

I also do this. After breakfast I log what I ate and plan the rest of my day. If we do go out I also try to plan for what I will eat..this way I don't get carried away once I'm there.

I know that does suck when that happens! I'll be honest you already know what went wrong...I'd skip entering today's food and start fresh tomorrow... at least that's what I do :)

I also like to drink captain morgan and diet coke. It's about 70 calories per ounce of captain and 0 calories for the diet coke. Wine is also a good choice.
