August 3rd - 36 minutes August total = 109 minutes ETA: I am trying to come up with a goal for the month of total minutes of walking. Anyone else doing that? 1000 minutes maybe?

What is your BMI? If you're in the healthy range I wouldn't worry. I agree with a previous poster who said that you probably just aren't used to seeing your bone structure. :) Congratulations! If your weight is getting into an unhealthy (low) range, how about adding healthy but calorie-dense foods to your diet?

Slow down, or try timed walk breaks. Google "Jeff Galloway" for a running regimen with timed walk breaks that many people (including me) have used to run injury-free and enjoy it. Good luck!

Too many processed foods. You need to cook more! :) If you switch your diet to mostly whole foods, I guarantee you'll feel better quickly. Something that helps me with late-night eating: Right after dinner, go brush and floss your teeth, now you are ready for bed. You should be less likely to eat after doing that if you (like me) are too lazy to brush/floss again. Also, go to bed earlier. And remove yourself from the kitchen area. Go to your room and read a…
