Yay for other slow runners! I did a C25K program about 2 years ago with a group and just now finished day 1 of my C210K app. I'm slow but hey, I'm running. And I did do the 5K 2 years ago. So, you may not think you can, but keep going and trust your training. :smile:

Not gonna lie, it would be nice to be able to wear those tops with the bras built in to cardio classes. My BodyCombat instructor can wear those to class and I'm jealous! I mean, I could wear them too, I'd just need another bra underneath which kind of defeats the purpose...

I'm in a routine with BodyPump and have been increasing my weight on the bar. And I've started to see some shoulder definition :blushing:

I got a t-shirt while shopping with a friend in April. I hadn't tried it on because I'd gotten a similar one from the same place the last year, and when I got home I tried it on and it was too tight. Saturday I was going through my clothes and tried it on again - fits perfectly!

I also sleep in my (clean) workout clothes if I mean to get up early! That way all I have to do is shove my feet into shoes and if I don't wake up for the gym I feel like an idiot having slept in my workout clothes. :wink:

I think the weight to get to my "ideal" BMI is 142-156. I was 150 when I graduated high school and I was THIN. I'd be happy with a muscular 175.

Nope, curvy is the same thing as FABULOUS. With my body type, regardless of how much weight I lose I'll always be curvy, and I like that. :)
