Said no TWICE (Saturday night and Sunday afternoon) to burger and fries. I know I don't feel well after I eat them, yet they're so good at the time!

I was feeling lazy yesterday and wanted a burger before going to a movie with a friend. I looked up the nutrition of the one I was craving and made a smoothie instead and brought a Balance Bar with me to the movie. I was satisfied and ended the day with a deficit rather than a surplus. :)

I'm hoping for a Vitamix for Christmas. :)

I went to Outback with my family tonight and they got cheese fries. I love cheese fries. I had ONE FRY, no bread and stuck to my steak and asparagus.

I'm now a size 18 tall and the pants that fit me best are from Lane Bryant. I was a 16L and swore I'd never go higher than that. After about 2 weeks I'm down 4 lbs - gotta start somewhere!

Really enjoyed my C25K run this morning! Who knew that happened when you clear out most of the junk? Amazing. And I haven't been craving sweets, which is HUGE for me - my sweet tooth is insane.
