Thank you very much!

How can I access their diary? I can see the profile, but I don't see any link for the diary. Sorry for being so new. Thanks for the help.

Check the nutrition facts on them. While they are 'all natural,' they are not as healthy as you'd think. They have a high fat content for just a few chips. The Mediterranean Snack Company makes really nice lentil-baked chips in a variety of flavors that give you a lot of chips for a few calories and only a few grams of fat.

I know this seems like a super-simple response, but my favorite is the Kashi Go Lean or the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. Both provide a very high protein content, fiber content, and a few grams of fat to keep you full and meet the needs of the morning. A lot of the 'low calorie' cereals are just full of carbs and sugar, so they…

I completely agree with you on this one. My biggest frustration with the newbies this time of year is the lack of gym etiquette. Way too much cell phone usage, grunting, and the infamous mirror self-stare-down.

Heres the key - just go earlier in the morning. Resolutionists aren't motivated enough to go at 5:30. Beat the sun, beat the crowd.

Going to the movies is one of the toughest for me. I try to go around lunch/dinner, and I take a bag of turkey jerky in with me. It's super low fat, high protein, and a great meal replacement. Sometimes it's not about removing the food, its just about proper planning.

Get some whole grain pita bread, cut it into eighths. Pull each eighth apart into the top and bottom (16 pieces per pita bread). Put them on a baking sheet, season them how you like (I like garlic, curry, and chili powder). Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Nice and crispy, seasoned, healthy. Great with any dip.

Great on the joints, but it will take you longer to burn the same number of calories, simply based on the fact that (in general) the intensity level is lower. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get a good workout.

Delicious with just about anything. I serve turkey chili over mine. Add some roasted green chiles and some diced jalapenos to the boiling water with some garlic and some paprika, and it will have a great flavor to pair with the chili.

Thanks for the share. I'll have to whip these up on my next cheat day!

Only if I could stick to #4. I get grumpy on my 'rest day' and usually get kicked out of the house to go for a run.
