All change happens through awareness. This is a huge awareness tool. Just remember with any change there is always resistance as we move out of our comfort zones. Just keep this updated for a few weeks and that alone will cause behavior changes.

I can talk from experience. As a person who uses food as an addiction unless we deal with deeper issues the diet can become one too. I didn't want to except that.
