the problem is i am def considered obese lol, (not that its a joke)... but id rather see ALL my levels stay in the green i guess, and its just frustrating that eating healthy has already put one level in the red

ive cut back a LOT on pop drinking...so many empty calories!!

ive just kinda been placing things where they "should" be i guess...whatever i eat in a 24hr period is logged...just not usually in the "correct" order

maybe try to set some small weight loss goals, and when you reach each one, reward yourself with something.... example...lose 20lbs and go get ur hair done? maybe print some pictures of cute close you would like to get into and put them on the mirror as a reminder? you can do it....just set your mind to it!! good luck!!! :)

goodness :( i wouldnt mind a cold diet coke...im just not interested in the extra sodium ughh... im trying to fight the urge for the next couple hrs but idk if ill be able to lol

yea, ive been doing pretty good as far as watching the amount of calories i take in...now i just need to add in some regular workouts and keep up with it all i should start seeing some progress! at least i hope lol

128 lbs is an amazing loss...so first id like to say congrats on doing that!!! try not to beat urself up over slippin up, just fix it...change the bad habbits into good ones and im sure everything will fall into place...you will be loseing weight again in no time!!! good luck :)

well that def makes sense....my schedule makes it so i can really only work out at night, which is fine because the gym is way less busy...i do enjoy having a goal, cuz i feel accomplished when im able to reach it or even push myself further!! thanks for ur input :) ill def keep in mind to maybe start adding to the goal…
