i will be starting the insanity workout program come january, but there isnt anything in the cardio category on here to tell me how many calories i will be burning... does anyone know of anything that IS listed that might be at least close to the amount for insanity?

high cholesterol

protein shakes
im curious to see what people think about protein shakes.... it appears to be good for building muscle which in the grand scheme of things will be good for weight loss/fat loss i would assume... so does anyone have any opinions on protein suppliments/shakes etc??

midnight shifts
anyone else out there have a crazy work schedule... it makes it so difficult to track what meal is what, if i went by times, sometimes my dinner should be considered breakfast!!! does it REALLY matter when it gets logged, as long as i log it down nd keep track of everything!??

okay....so im slightly frustrated... im ALREADY over my sugar level and have only eaten a banana and an apple... 2 things that are usually classified as "healthy" so why so much sugar!!!????? this is going to create a huge issue for the rest of the day!

calories burned goal
so on here it says i should burn an additional 1150 calories.... but as i read some other goals that are way higher i feel that this weekly goal that mfp set is rather low....should i up this goal? and what would be a good goal if i up it??
