I have never been more serious about kickin this extra fat's *kitten*... excuse my language... but im quiet upset with myself!!!
life is too short to have health complications over being obese!!! I am way too young for that
and my girlfriend is even younger! she was recently diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri!!
its a very serious issue and is most common for OBESE FEMALES!!! this means it can happen to ANYONE!! but most commonly found in women of child bearing ages!!!
its time to get this under control FOR GOOD
