vegitarian???

so im curious about everyones opinions on the vegitarian/ vegan lifestyle... anyone gone from eating everything to eating a more strict vegitarian life??? if so... how has it help in weight loss and how does it make you feel (healthier etc.)

im curious because i have recently done research on eating for our blood type and its pretty much saying i should stay away from meat... i want to give it a try, but im curious to see if its worth it
