That's a very reachable goal with the right support and advice. I've lost 35 myself and found some general principles that really help. I'll shoot you a message.0

I'm about 100 pounds from where I need to be too... I don't have a lot of advice, but if you want a friend who's traveling the same road you are feel free to add me! We can motivate and support each other!0

You can totally do it. I have lost 38 so far. I have about 65 more pounds to go. Feel free to add me for the support and motivation we all need at some point.0

You can do this, you have already taken the first step. A lifestyle change doesn't happen overnight, we didn't become out of shape overnight. Find what works for you and never give up. I am proof of that! I love the life I have and appreciate the journey.
Feel free to add me.0 -
I find that putting my food diary on public display is a good motivation tool, it reminds me that all my friends are going to be able to see what I eat and how I'm doing on a day to day basis and it makes me want to make sure I eat right and don't go over my calorie limit!0

Hi there,
I am over 40 and have struggled with obesity all of my life. I have tried every diet you can imagine. All I accomplished was to yo-yo weight loss/gain back.
When I started this app on April 15th of this year I had 106 pounds to lose. I have lost 40 so far. It is not easy, especially when you live by yourself and don't have a good support system.
This system of logging your food and exercise really works, you want to lose slow because then there is more of a chance that the weight will stay off.
Good luck to you. If you would like to add me as a friend, you absolutely can.
