I didn't lose any in the first week but day 8 and I'm starting to get dizzy and scales are down a little. Ive read that getting dizzy means your body is switching to fat for fuel so fingers crossed its all good from here! Good luck.

I only choose the listings with total carbs then I don't get mixed up!

Hey, I set the carbs at 30g which is 10% I think and make sure I get at least 8g of fibre in there too so the net carbs will be 22. Hope that helps :)

I've been on induction for 1 week and no loss yet, any ideas to get me to keto? How much fibre do u all consume everyday, I'm having a lot could it be too much? Michelle :)
