I agree with the girl who said to take a before and after pic! It will really help you to SEE the inches coming off and it will allow you to take the focus off the scale. Or get a tape measure and measure your body every week so you can see the inches just fallling off.

I eat? LOL I'm not too strict on my diet. If I'm hungry, and I want to eat, I eat. I just try to eat something healthier.

Do people still drink tea / coffee? I drink coffee everyday. Do you drink it black? Sometimes. But mostly with just creamer. Do you drink it but not log the calories? I don't log the creamer in, no. Black Coffee is ZERO calories, so if you drink it Black, you don't need to log it.
