I agree with you. People need to stop being lazy and plan your meals. I always cook a few meals ahead and put them in containers. It is very easy if you plan.... :)

Totally agree with you. Of course eating right goes with it. I love interval training. I sweat my booty off to Insanity and other DVD's along with using weights. I am always changing my workouts around. It works for me!! thanks for the advice.

I am with you on that 1200 cal a day thing. I only use it for a guide. Basically I eat more protein then they say because that works for me. Every body is different and you need to find what work for you. Its all good!!

I have Hip Hop Abs it is alot of fun but like with anything it gets boring after awhile. I enjoy it and its a great work out. If you did insanity I take my hat of to you. That is rough!! I believe any form of excercise is good. Keep up the work.

Protein restrictions: I was put on a 1200 day caloric intake. The calories are not problem its the quanity of protein that I am restricted to. Does anyone else have that problem? Protein is what keeps you full for longer periods of time.
