I started Level 2 today. I like it better than Level 1. So far I haven't seen any results, but I got to day 8 and took a few days off because I was doing a lot of other exercises. Has anyone seen any results in the stomach area?

I made it thru Level one. I just started Level 2 Day one. Level 2 is easier so keep up the good work!

I took a few days off. I'm resuming day 8 of Level 1 today. I hope to move on to Level 2 soon!

I've been logging it in under circuit training and it comes up around 229 calories burned for 20 minutes. My friend has a HRM and is on level one. She burns around 230 calories. I think she weighs around 180lbs.

Has anyone had any knee soreness? My knees are hurtin'! I can already tell a difference and I've ONLY completely day 5 of level one!

He is 25yo male. I think his skin still has plenty of resiliency left. Unfortunately, age does decrease the collagen in the skin. :/ Honestly, If I lost a ton of weight and was very unpleased with excessive saggy skin, I'd make the leap and save money to have it removed.

I think sometimes if a person loses A LOT of weight quickly it will sag much easier. My mom had lost about a 100lbs on the Slim Fast diet. She was about 40yo. Years ago when I was actually thin, I ONLY did cardio. I was never toned though. I am overweight now and have splurged on getting a personal trainer. I've noticed I get that way when I haven't had enough fuel including water.

I also realize I was doing the lunges incorrectly. I stick with modified version of the harder exercises. I only go down half way with the modified push ups. Actually, I don't know if I go half way down. Just do the best you can do. Your form will get better with time. I'm more concerned with form as to avoid injuries.…

Do it! I started day one yesterday. I plan on doing it everyday. I got two sets of dumbells in 3 and 5lbs. I definitely felt some burn! Add me if you like!

I don't see the point of this post on a fitness site. Obviously your tax dollars are contributing to this resort as well. What exactly do you do at said prison? If you hate it so bad, then why don't you find a new line of work? I'd rather criminals be imprisoned than the alternative which is living right next door to you.

I did the Day two of Week One session. I hit the pavement instead of the treadmill. I could tell a huge difference. The pavement is tougher on the joints. I have done one session. I walked at 3.5 and jogged at 5.5. That seemed like a reasonable pace for me. It was fun. I also did it on a treadmill.

I struggle with weight loss, I have ONLY lost 5lbs since i started a gym in September with a personal trainer! Get back on the wagon as fast as you can!!!
