  • I am no expert, but if this is only happening OCCASIONALLY, then I wouldn't worry about it. If this happens more than not, then you need to reassess and up your calorie intake. In my opinion, worry more about your net calories FOR THE WEEK as opposed to just one day. Good luck to you. Kelly

Meaning if I'm going to splurge on a piece of cake, for example, it will be the best quality one I can find (or bake myself). I don't drink cheap booze and I don't eat crappy food…
  • Some off the top of my head are: goat cheese stuffed piquillo peppers, proscuitto wrapped apples or melon (hell, I'd proscuitto wrap my FINGER and eat it) or any number of deviled eggs (curry, chipotle, shrimp & dill, pesto). These are all easy prep and can sit out for a few hours on your holiday table.
