the site really helps with planning your meals and you can get all the support you want too i think its even better that you aren't doing this alone because a partner always helps :)

If you're off on weekends go walking for 30 min. Time goes by fast and it isn't too difficult. If you are consistent and give it time you will see results. :)

Maybe go walking. I have the same problem I did pilates on Friday and today I can't even move. The last time I went to the gym before that was in the summer so I need to keep going. Anyway walking isn't that strenuous and you wont feel like you didn't do anything. That's what I was planning on doing but I didn't want to go…
