I like this idea! Not having friends is the main reason I just sit at home and ...well... do nothing. I limit my self to "at home excerises", which isn't doing me a whole lot of good. And I LOVE to cook. So recipe swapping sounds great too! Welcome to Salem, Luigigirl. :)

The Wii Tennis, Bowling, Baseball burn a lot of Calories too. Same with the Wii Zumba. Lots of dancing and movement.

Try giving it a few days. Maybe its just because you did so much in that one day?? Don't let it discourage you!! My first week it told me I'd lose twenty pounds in 5 weeks and I gained four pounds in my first week. But I'm just now starting to drop it. (But I've also been slacking on the exercise).
