The items you mentioned are my weakness too and I am trying very hard to eat clean. I used to eat 45 calorie bread and while it's low cal it's not wholesome. I know what you mean - now that I drink plenty of water I don't find it very difficult. My doctor told me about a trick to use saltine crackers to help me drink water (if you're doing okay on sodium intake).
