Hi I'm Shivani. I've lost and gained weight. I want to get back down to my goal weight. I have 15-18 lobs to lose. I'm at 138/139 right now and I'd like to be in between 120 and 125 ideally. I am 5'4" and I'm not in bad shape.. consistency is my main problem! Feel free to add me :)

Seems like you have been eating too little for too long. I'm going to venture to say adding cardio isn't going to help. I would suggest a metabolism reset for 2 weeks and then focusing on TDEE - 250 calorie deficit and sticking with that for at least 3 weeks.

I started at 140, am currently 129 and looking to get to 122. I'm 5'4' I've been vegetarian my whole life. I eat 1700 calories a day of healthy things - cheese, fruit, greek yogurt, legumes, beans, rice, cereals, and what ever I feel like for dinner. To motivate myself I just remember that every little bit counts. When I don't feel like exercising I just tell myself to go for a 2 minute walk around the block. Usually once I've gone around the block I want to keep going but if not - hey, I did my 2 minutes and I'll start again tomorrow. Don't look at it as starting one…

ME! I have less then 10 to my goal. I had about 18 lbs to lose to start with. I lost the first 8lbs in about 8 weeks. But I think the last 10 are going to take me double or triple the time...

Have you tried starting a melatonin regiment? Consult your physician first, of course - but when I had trouble sleeping at the time I wanted my doc told me to take melatonin at the same time everynight as I was trying to sleep to get my sleep cycle on the right path. Also, when do you work-out during the day?
