    I think you nailed it when you used the word "Consistency" I have found that if I do what I am suppose to do today and then turn around and do the same exact thing the next day...It all works out. There has been times I have not seen a loss for the week, but I keep just plugging along and the next week it shows up...Congratulations on your loss and thanks for the common sense advice. :drinker:

    That is awesome. I'm jealous. The only thing I've lost are my car keys so far. :laugh: And an inch off of my waist. I know that as long as I keep going though this will be me posting how much I've lost! Good job!
