Calorie Counting, oh how I love you!

Choice, choices, choices. I can choose to be 277 or I can choose to be 205 and losing. I'll take the 205.

Consistency is my secret. Even on my off day(s), tomorrow is a new day. Never give up. Stumble, okay...staying down is not an option.

and really, If I can do it...ANYONE can do it!

    Thanks to all so far who have commented. Calorie counting itself is simple. It's the rest of the battle that makes it so hard. I literally had to take control of MANY facets of my life. Wrestling with old thoughts, old mind recordings, and trying to make little changes along the way versus a massive culture shock that would have been overwhelming and ensured my failure.

    I'm still on the journey and thought having a pic to tell the story so far.....very encouraging. I look forward to seeing others' success story pics. We're in this together!
