I too have experienced the lump in the throat, which came and went, then progressed to severe chest pain one day. After many tests, the swallow study revealed a hiatal hernia, so along with reflux I had gotten into bad shape. Hence me coming to MFP. Rx strength prilosec has worked wonders for me as well

Biggest Loser Power Walk definitely! It's easy to do in your living room, very small amount of space needed. I started this morning and loved it! Very low impact, my knees are shot and this was perfect!

3 buckets of beer later and my Saturday night was over, but had a good time. I see so many on here who are trying to stop drinking completely, that's not my goal. I just wanted a forum where other people drank and it wasn't "dirty secret", lol.

I set on my stability ball first thing in the morning until lunch time, the trick is to sit straight up and use your core and legs to balance, don't lean on your hands while typing or against your desk with your stomach.

I agree with Katy, you are eating too few calories. Your body needs a minimum just to survive and if you aren't meeting those in any given 24 hour period then it will store fat in survival mode. Wow! I had no idea! I use lots of garlic powder and onion powder! That can add up if you aren't careful, especially since I cook in large quantities!

I have my son's graduation pic from 2008, he and I together, I'm 20lb lighter then. After I reach my goal of that pic I have another of me at about 30 lbs lighter than that!

Just checking in! I don't feel too bad that I drank a small bottle of spumante Saturday night by myself! I missed champagne Thursday (my regular) and had the bottle and no kids, so I drank while hubby and I watched a movie! Not bad, considering we would usually go out and I would down beers like there was no tomorrow!

I've been doing my Wii Zuma for two weeks now and have tried both with and without sneaks, and have decided to definitely purchase sneakers made for dance. My regular ones are too cumberson and without sneaks I don't have the right support I need for my ankles.

My husband bought me the Danskin set at Kmart, with the ball, two tension bands and two small weighted balls. When I first sat on it, I was a little low, so I had my guys in the shop add more air to make it firmer and it actually was just right. I'm back in my chair now and plan to keep at it!

So I have my ball at my desk today, my goal is at least one hour per day. It's a little tough as I keep wanting to put weight on my feet to stabilize myself instead of using my core. But I'm working on it!
