How do you log your exercise burn? Do you go by what the treadmill says or use a HRM? I use to do intervals and had no way of knowing how to log it or what I burn because I don't own a HRM or believe the treadmill. My treadmill does not take into fact my weight and height.

Reading through the thread it appears that I am the only one doing the "Last Chance Workout" (unless I missed something of course). Have any of you tried it? If so what are your thoughts? Just found it odd that I was the only one that had mentioned it. I LOVE it and have seen changes already this week!

Feeling healthy again and being happy with myself inside and out. I have size 8 jeans hanging in my closet with the tags still on. I look forward to wearing those!

I just did her "Last Chance Workout" video tonight. Had me sweating pretty good! I lost my 30DS somewhere :grumble: I really liked that one a lot.

I get so thirsty during running and have always held the bottle in my hand, lol. I forgot about the CamelBak but they seem so bulky.
