Water bottle holder?

Pretty much the only thing I know of is a CamelBak but I don't really do distance running anymore and I used to just hydrate well before running and after.

Depends on where you want to hold it...meaning, there is the camelback types, there is a belt with a coupke little ones. I use a handheld one with a holder around it. Yeah, there are a lot of options.

I have a handheld, it fits perfectly into my hand. It feels very naturally, and it's secure enough that you don't really have to "hold" it, but it's nice to rest your hand around. It doesn't fit a ton of water but it is PLENTY for a sub-10 mile run even in the summer. The pouch is TINY - good for a key, and my medium sized cell phone can be squeezed in, but it puts too much pressure on the bottle.

Most runners I know have fuel belts for longer runs. Like four smaller bottles around the waist.
