YES! :)

Oh yeah! 7 pounds in one month is amazing! You wanna know how long it took me to lose my 5? 5 whole months. So you're doing great!

Netting less than 200 a day would have to be low everything. But I didn't know it was known under any other names or anything. This is why I came here for advice. ^_^

I'm a vegetarian anyway, I would be doing one of the substitutions. I honestly don't think it looks "miserable." But then again I used to starve myself, so maybe now that I'm eating a lot it would be.
-
Everyone is different, but when I was netting 200 or less a day, I wasn't losing weight.
-
Nah, I used to eat way way less than that (Before I learned about metabolism) and still didn't lose any weight. So if anything just nothing would happen.
-
That's what I was thinking too. ^ To both of you. But it's not only three days. That's misleading. It's three days on the diet, then four days of eating like you normally do. Then back to the diet another three days, and four more like normal. And this can go on as long as you want, but I read a month would be about…

Keep your head up! We've all been in similar situations, that's why we're on here! Just remember that it's a journey. The weight will come back off. Just work hard and give it time. <3

It's a lifelong battle, but yes. A lot of people have been able to find ways to control it.

1/2 - I think 121.6 or close to that :) 1/9 - 119.4 1/16 - 119.8 1/23 - 120.6 1/30 - 119.4 (again. -_-) 2/6 - 118.6 (FINALLYYYY! :D :D :D) 2/13 - 118.4 (I'll take slow progress over no progress.) 2/20 -

I was where you are just last month. I allowed myself one day of horrible eating (I ate a LOT of ice cream!) with no exercise. But then the next day you really just need to pick up where you left off. Imagine how many guys will fawn all over you when you're at your GW! A lot! You'll find one even better with your new body…

Definitely need to eat more! Net at least 1,200 calories a day if not more. Your metabolism will thank you.

1/2 - I think 121.6 or close to that :) 1/9 - 119.4 1/16 - 119.8 (Weight is fluctuating like crazy, but I've been weight lifting so hoping it's muscle.) 1/23 - 120.6 (I have no idea what the deal is here but I'm beyond frustrated.) 1/30 - 2/6 - 2/13 - 2/20 -

As long as you're in a calorie deficit and burning calories it makes no difference.
-
If people would stop being so damn lazy, get off their *kitten*, WORK OUT, and watch what they eat, disgusting devices like this wouldn't be necessary. Pure laziness is all that is. Lose weight the right way. My opinion, no offense intended.

Eat. Run. Lift. Sleep. And repeat. :)

My wii fit is severely inaccurate. I would disregard anything that thing says about your weight.

I'm a full time student with a job and volunteer work and I still have time to work out. Even that's not a valid excuse.

Used to. Now in Georgia however. :)

Going over on protein is a good thing, not a bad thing. Ignore the negative!
-
I almost always prelog! It makes it so much easier to already know what I can eat that day and how much. :)
-
I like Healthy Harvest personally. But it's also the only one I've tried.

Smoothies with veggies in them are good. I do that a lot. :) Lots of salads. Carrots with fat free ranch. Celery with some peanut butter. Those are some of my favorites. :)
