Definitely greek yogurt in place of ice cream. Ice cream defeats the purpose of healthy!

I'm so in! SW: (123) CW: (121) GW: (105) 115 for January. Weigh in Dates: 1/1 121 1/8 1/15 1/22 1/31 Total weight lost: 2 pounds. (Gained back two on vacation. >_<) Resolution: No more binging, and eat almost ALL clean foods. (With a couple exceptions.) Happy losing!

Unfortunately I'm unable to weigh myself as I am staying at a hotel all week. I'm going to guess my weight hasn't changed. So. 119.4? Goal weight for the challenge was 115. Starting weight 121.6 I think.

What I do in cases like this when I'm not hungry but still need a landslide of calories to net above 1200 I drink a protein shake. They're healthy, taste good, and don't make you feel full or sick. (Not me anyway.) I have some that are 190, and some that are 290. But you definetly do need to be eating and consuming at…

If you excercise you can eat more than 1,200 calories and not be hungry.

Almonds, pistachios, peanuts, peanut butter. Protein shakes. (Boost is a favorite of mine.) Like you said, cheese (there are fat free cheeses!), milk, yogurt. Quinoa. Lentils. And tofu!
