Maybe not, but have you browsed for anything weight loss? Or...y'know...been on a weight loss site like MFP? Those are the people that Google's algorithm targets with ads for raspberry ketones, garcina cambogia, etc. You don't have to have specifically searched for them.

MFP uses Google's ad match algorithm in their advertising (or at least they did last time I checked - I have ABP, so I don't see ads!) so the ads you see on your page are beyond their control and directly related to your web browsing history. :-)

I almost always accept unless they obviously have an eating disorder. I can always un-friend if they bug me or whatever.

According to my fitbit flex (I know, I know, it's not exactly scientific, but it's the best indication I have), I average between 4.5 hours and 5 hours. I'm making a conscious effort to improve my sleep habits.

Hydration and an aspirin. I find that caffeine sometimes helps clear the fog too.

I'm lucky that I'm a total euro-mutt, so I have tons of choices! My corned beef + cabbage and goulash are top notch, I make a MEAN souffle, my pierogi are meh, I hate sauerbraten and sauerkraut makes me want to kill myself, and fondue is kind of passe.
