I'm very sensitive to caffeine so I use Bloom Supps. pre-workout, which allegedly has less caffeine than your typical pre-workout. I don't get jittery, and I can actually drink it in the evening without having difficulty sleeping, which is a HUGE plus. I've also used dotFIT's pre-workout which works well, but is VERY…

It depends on the circumstance. Socially, I'll hug+kiss if I've met someone before or we're saying goodbye (and it seems like the other person is okay with it, of course). But at a work function or a professional setting, absolutely not. Get off me.

Yeah, I don't expect a burn like that...I know advertising claims (especially in the fitness industry) almost always depict the success stats of their very top percentage...I just care that I get a good work out and maintain my weight loss rate of 1-2 lbs per week, and continue to improve my strength and cardio endurance.…

Genetics are a b****. Some people are lucky, others aren't. Focus on your health and being the best version of YOU that you can be instead of trying to be like someone else who has a totally different lifestyle and set of genetics.

I got engaged at 21, married at 22 (we started dating when I was 17)...it was fantastic for me, but marrying young certainly is not for everyone - at 29 I'm not even CLOSE to the same person I was when I met/married him. Not at all to doubt your judgment or commitment to your girlfriend, but 18 is VERY young, and with only…

Hey bean! How cool that you're involved in the Special Olympics! I've been a volunteer with the SoCal chapter of the Special Olympics for several years now, and it's been an overwhelmingly life changing experience - we're actually having our Summer Games Invitational this weekend! I'm so excited! What sport are you…

My definition of "good income" is whatever it takes for you to take care of your financial obligations and afford reasonable luxuries without going into debt, while also being able to invest/save for the future.

It all depends on the field, geographical location, and education required. For an example: an M.D. living in Manhattan would have a vastly different definition of "good" than a legal assistant with an associates degree living in rural Nebraska might.

I make them ALL the time! 2 cans, rinsed and patted dry in my oven at 375 for about an hour....then *WHILE STILL HOT* tossed with 2 T EVOO, 1/4c parmesan, 1 t garlic powder, and a touch of salt and pepper. Amazing. Protip: DON'T add any spices prior to roasting. They will burn.

Sbarro reminds me of eating terrible pizza after making bad decisions at the mall parking lot when I was a teenager. Good riddance.

Whatever you get, remember that the meat comes out in a VERY hot iron skillet-like plate (kind of like fajitas do), so I usually order it a little less done than I normally prefer because it continues to cook while on the table, so if I order it med-rare to begin with, it's med-well by the time I'm halfway through (which…
