  • If it's related to the water, it could be that you're hydrating very well and your sinuses are clearing. That drip irritates the throat.   • I have become a fan of brown rice. Recipes abound for casseroles, rice n beans and so much more. I started the FAT SMASH diet recently and I'm learning all sorts if uses for brown rice.
